A business day is considered every official working day of the week including Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays and week-ends

U.S. Shipping Services

Delivery Times: We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the processing time to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen. Three days means three business days (not counting the day of pickup). Please note that the UPS, USPS and FedEx Service Guarantee apply only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and any delays that occur beyond the control of UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below.

  • Standard Process U.S.: 3 to 8 business days
  • Priority Process U.S.: 2 to 5 business days
  • Expedited Process U.S.: 1 to 3 business days
  • Express 2nd Day U.S.: 2nd Day (Cut-off Times: 2P.M. PT)
  • Express Next Day U.S.: Next Day (Cut-off Times: 2P.M. PT)

Please note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, or DPO Addresses. Standard process deliveries may take longer up to 25 business days for AK, HI, PR, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Please note: Selecting Express or Expedited process shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. There is no weekend pick-up or delivery for next day shipping. Qualifying orders must be placed before the deadline displayed on the shipment web-page and shipped to an eligible address. If the order is placed after the deadline, your order will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 2 P.M. PT Friday via this method cannot be shipped on the weekend.

Shipping Rate: Shipping charges will vary based on origin, destination, service, and package weight. Rates include freight plus handling and packaging, as well as the actual postage required. For example, if you choose standard process shipping for an order, you will be charged the actually postage cost and the cost of handling and packaging: 7.00 + 0.75= $7.75 total shipping cost.

Please note: When you select express or expedited process shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Shipping Methods and Carriers: We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select express or expedited Process Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Please note: Shipping to P.O. Box, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, or DPO Addresses. Some items cannot be shipped to these destinations or shipping method choices may be limited. Some items too big to ship to a P.O. Box must be shipped to a street address.

Tracking Numbers: We use tracking numbers to identify and trace every shipment as it moves through the UPS, USPS, and FedEx system to its destination.

Please note: If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Your package is still within the UPS, USPS, and FedEx network unless otherwise noted, should be delivered on the Scheduled Delivery Date.

Exception Notification: Estimated delivery date has been passed. Your shipment is currently within the UPS, USPS, and FedEx network; however, an unforeseen event has occurred which could result in a change to the Scheduled Delivery Date.

Carrier schedules are subject to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to airline deliveries unavailability of, or refusal of, a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil commotion, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena, and natural disasters.

Please note: If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.

Required Signatures: For your protection, we require a signature for all shipments totaling more than $400 as well as for orders being shipped to apartments and businesses. If you are not available to sign for your package, we cannot ensure next-day delivery.

Back Order: Your order will typically be delivered in 3 to 8 business days, In the case of a back order; we will notify you within 3 business days. Please contact customer service representative if you need your product delivery expedited or if you have any additional questions.
