Return & Exchange

OrangeTreeTrade hopes your shopping experience online will be as pleasant as if you were shopping in one of our stores. We know you will love your product, but if it is the wrong products or defective in any way, we are here to help. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please e-mail us at sales@orangetreetrade.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). All returns must be emailed with your order number, name, e-mail address, and description of the problem in advance.

Please note that all returns must be received within 15 days of RMA issuance. Complete RMA form and enclose it with your returned items. Any parts returned without a form, without RMA number, or not listed on the original form will be returned to the customer and no credit will be issues.

We will issue a refund or exchange for most items that are returned in new and re-sellable condition without defect or damage within 30 days of the delivery date may be eligible for refund less shipping, handling, insurance, and 10% restocking fee. Replacement parts will be issued for damaged items or manufacturer defects that fall under the 30day time frame. All returned merchandise must be in original carton. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. Product exchanges will accrue additional reshipping changes.

Replacement Term: We are only able to replace the same item you ordered. If you would like to exchange your items for something different (length, color, type, etc), please place another order for the item you wish to purchase.

Notice of Defects/Shipping Damages: The Buyer must make any claims of defects, including but not limited to those related to shortages, quality, or specification, within the first 15 days after the receipt of merchandise. We will replace all damaged/defective merchandise for an identical item. Please contact us before returning any products. If items are received damaged contact us immediately so we can arrange accommodations.

Items that are returned as defective and found not to be defective will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer's expense. If buyer is requesting a refund, the pre-paid shipping fee that was paid by the seller will be deducted from the refund along with any others fees in accordance to the Return and Exchange Policy.

 

Modification of Goods: Once product is cut, modified, or altered in anyway, the Buyer cannot return or make a claim relating to such product. Orange Tree Trade will not be responsible for any accident, damage and/or injury to a person or property resulting from the use of any item sold by Orange Tree Trade. Orange Tree Trade will not be responsible for problems arising from cutting rope light. Product modified by the Buyer, or modified by Orange Tree Trade at the request of Buyer, cannot be returned. Professional installation is always recommended.

Condition of Return: Any returns received without the original package are not in re-sellable condition and will be returned to you without a refund. All writing must be done on the shipping boxes only. Any returns received in this condition will not be considered in re-sellable condition and will be returned to you without a refund.

We will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. Credits to credit card applied immediately upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.

We are not responsible for lost packages. We are not responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging an item to us. Returns should be sent in original packaging with receipt to:
